    Opportunity (the job): Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing eCommerce company and help grow its affiliate and ambassador marketing programs? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an Affiliate/Ambassador Program Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help manage our existing affiliate and ambassador partnerships, recruit new partners, and coordinate content-rich campaigns that drive traffic and revenue. You will also be responsible for communicating with affiliates and ambassadors, providing them with support and guidance, and growing the programs.

    We are looking for a Affiliate /Ambassador Marketing Specialist who…

    • Is exceptional at whatever they do and proactively seeks to solve puzzles and find solutions. This is the most important factor in your success. You must be a self-starter who is always seeking to learn and improve.
    • Is super curious and loves to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
    • Is a finisher. Do you hate leaving projects unfinished? You must love the details of your work, and work dutifully until tasks are completely correct.
    • Is a campaign manager who keeps campaigns and projects organized and optimized.
    • Has outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Has strong analytical skills, partnered with a creative mind.

    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

    • Manage and grow our affiliate and ambassador marketing programs, including recruitment, outreach, negotiation, coordination, communication, and reporting.
    • Monitor affiliate and ambassador partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and promotional calendars across all placements.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance and impact of the affiliate and ambassador campaigns and partnerships.
    • Assist in partnership management, including application approvals, campaign deliverables, assets, strategy sessions, and regularly scheduled program updates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and strategic briefs, content feedback and approvals, media repurposing, and product seeding.

    Qualifications: ****

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in affiliate and/or ambassador marketing.
    • Proficient in data analysis, Google Sheets and/or Excel.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
    • Have a curiosity for new shopping and consumer behavior trends, and a passion for the business.
    • Creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social platforms and content best practices.
    • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
    • Passionate about building community and engaging affiliates.
    • Working knowledge of affiliate platforms such as ShareASale, Current or Refersion preferred.

    Experience: 1-3 years in affiliate and/or ambassador marketing.

    Salary Range: $18-23/Hour
