Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist
We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Good communication • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
