Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring immediately for a Halloween & horror convention at the Long Beach Convention Center from 7/26-7/28. We will have additional work in the future for those interested in working fun & exciting programs throughout the summer, fall & winter.

Job Description

• This job is entirely outdoors for all three days. Our staff will be managing lines, scanning attendee badges, wristbanding and assisting with crowd control.
• The pay rate for this job is $23/hr.
• Breaks are paid and parking is reimbursed post-event up to $15/day.
• Staff must provide their own uniform and wear it onsite: Plain white t-shirt or white button down. Khaki or tan shorts or pants. Any color comfortable shoes. Hats & visors will be acceptable as long as no branding/logos are present.

Shift Times (Must be available all three days!)

• Friday 7/26: 3:30pm-8:30pm
• Saturday 7/27: 8am-2pm
• Sunday 7/28:8:30am-2pm

Ideal Candidates

• Comfortable working outside and standing/walking for the entire shift.
• Previous event experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be flexible to work in any and all positions.
• Must be friendly, outgoing, and professional.
• Must be comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
