Job Description
We are a call center based in Brooklyn, New York that supports government and other clients with their customer service programs. We have been in business for over 25 years and have approximately 500 employees actively working on many different client programs. We are currently looking for individuals that are interested in Customer Service Representative roles. In this position you will be:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls • Maintaining a professional demeanor with all customers providing services with courtesy and patience • Providing accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous format. (Please note this is a customer service position and not a sales or telemarketing position.)
