About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen & Bath Department Manager to join our team at County Home Center. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in home improvement, design, and customers service, combined with exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As the Department Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and bath department. As a leader in the home improvement industry, we are dedicated to providing top-notch products and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to design kitchens & bathrooms
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and bath department
Manage inventory and ordering of products
Collaborate with vendors and contractors
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Develop and oversee a growth program for this department
Requirements:
Experience with 20/20 design software
Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath products and trends
Strong knowledge of basic construction principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
Posses a growth mindset
