    Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune Up of Denver is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Sales Consultant. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

    We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team with the mission of completing extraordinary kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. We are seeking career minded professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career. You can expect to run multiple appointments per week. Your consultative efforts are solidly backed by a local business with an excellent reputation, and a national franchise system in business for over three decades. If you are willing to make a commitment to learn our products and processes, are friendly and personable; you will be a success.

    This is a 100% commission role. First Year Potential $60-100k. Upside potential is unlimited!

    Job Duties :

    Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.

    Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.

    Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune Up sales process (training is provided).

    Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners

    Confident to ask for the order, persistent in sales follow up, strong desire to win and succeed.

    Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.

    Generate leads by developing relationships with referral partners such as interior designers, contractors, builders, networking groups, real estate agents, etc.

    Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry and local events.

    Communicates job details to operations team to ensure accurate ordering and execution

    Maintain communication with customers post sale all the way thru the close out of job to deliver an excellent customer experience and opportunity for repeat and referral sales.

    Job Requirements :

    High attention to detail

    Computer and smartphone proficient

    Highly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic

    Social media savvy: Knowledge of maintaining a Facebook business page and responding to Facebook messages preferred but not required.

    Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality.

    Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of ProKitchen and/or 2020 design software a plus

    Able to work days, and some evenings and weekend appointments.

    Participate in home/trade show rotation

    Must have reliable transportation
