Paul Davis Restoration of Mid-Michigan is in search of a Estimator to join our team. This position involves making field inspections, selling the jobs, estimating, and participating in account collections. Veterans are encouraged to apply. Candidate must have excellent organization skills, high attention to detail, good communication and reliability.

Knowledge in restoration estimating and Xactimate a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.

BASIC FUNCTIONS: Estimate loss, sign contract, and secure agreed price

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create and submit quality estimates in a timely fashion

Secure approved scope and price with insurer and follow up if necessary

Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure contract

Provide superior customer service and maintain good relations with the customer and insurance company

Computer Skill Required

Kitchen and Bathroom Design a plus
