    About the Role:

    Join our team at Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo, NY as a Kitchen Remodeling Sales manager and kitchen designer. We are a leading kitchen remodeling company in Buffalo, NY, and we are looking for a talented individual to manage a great team of designers and help customers design the kitchen of their dreams.

    Responsibilities:

    MANAGEMENT responsibilities:

    Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.

    Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

    Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress through reports and metrics.

    Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the different kitchen packages, designs, and customization options available.

    Provide regular sales forecasts to upper management.

    Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving sales processes and outcomes.

    Work closely with kitchen designers to ensure customer expectations are met during the design and installation process.

    DESIGN responsibilities:

    Create and present kitchen designs to customers

    Provide excellent customer service and sales support

    Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences

    Stay updated on latest kitchen design trends and products

    Generate own leads by attending networking events.

    Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.

    Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.

    Photographs the remodeling projects that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.

    Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a presentation to the customer.

    Prepares cabinet drawings using Sketch Up or other design software.

    Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.

    Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.

    Collects payments from clients.

    Communicates necessary information to the project manager to enable them to complete a cabinet order.

    Completion and follow-up of product orders for cabinetry, remodeling materials, kitchen accessories, and more to ensure we meet our clients timelines.

    Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in kitchen design and sales

    Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and management experience

    Knowledge of kitchen remodeling products and materials

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic

    Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude

    Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
