About Us: Eggs Up Grill is expanding! We're opening a new location in Raleigh and are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team to success. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for great food, and the ability to keep a kitchen running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Job Description: As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that our team provides excellent service to every guest. You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, food inventory, safety, cleanliness, and helping maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with Eggs Up Grill’s high-quality standards.

Manage food inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping waste to a minimum.

Maintain health and safety standards within the kitchen, including cleanliness and sanitation.

Handle employee training, scheduling, and fostering a team-oriented environment.

Ensure proper food storage and handling practices to maintain quality and safety.

Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a kitchen manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem solve effectively.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Passionate about food and delivering top-quality dishes.

Food safety certification (preferred).

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
