ServeSafe Manager certification
Reliable Transportation
Flexible availability
Experienced with inventory control/food ordering
Duties will include:
food ordering
maintaining cleanliness in kitchen
maintaining low food cost levels
inventory control
portion control
keeping consistent plates
keeping recipe cards and training staff to follow recipes
Manager needs to be available all hours of operation with flexibility to work when needed. Current hours are Closed Sun-Mon (some special events on sundays) Tuesday, wed, thur 10am-10pm Fri sat 10am-midnight
