    The Kitchen Manager must have kitchen experience working in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric environment! You are a jack-of-all trades.

    Must have the ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

    Day in the Life:

    · Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards

    · Ability to lead, motivate, and empower your ream

    · Ensure that food is executed with highest quality of both taste and appearance

    · Ability to manage basic tasks; the restaurant Team and fiscal operations

    · Strong verbal and written skills

    · Ability to set goals and convert plans into action

    · Knowledge of labor laws

    · Partner closely with General Manager

    · Ability to spend long hours standing and walking

    · Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management

    · Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
