    We are looking for a highly organized Kitchen Manager who can come be part of a newly established team!

    Your duties would include the following day to day responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage the kitchen with regard to hiring, training, motivating, and leading employees.

    Control food and labor cost through purchasing, controlling inventory, pricing new dishes, and proper scheduling.

    Consistently produce high quality food with a focus on quick turn out and presentation.

    Maintaining food quality with a high volume of prep and orders.

    Coordinate with Corporate Chef to create new additions and offerings.

    Plan for the day to day kitchen duties, assigning staff appropriately and planning production needs with food, schedules, equipment etc.

    Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of all back of house and follow sanitation rules and guidelines on the local, state, and federal level.

    Create and maintain professional working relationships with purveyors, employees, coworkers, and supervisors.

    Keep all equipment and tools in good working order and communicate quickly any issues concerning equipment needs.

    Communicate efficiently and effectively with coworkers, employees, and supervisors.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: From $55,000.00 per year

    Culinary experience: 5 years (Required)
