    🍔 Kitchen Operations:

    • Run the daily show in the kitchen, ensuring top-notch service, efficiency, and product quality.

    • Make sure our team follows recipes, cooking procedures, and portion servings accurately.

    • Oversee kitchen opening and closing operations according to our high standards.

    • Initiate daily production lists for prep and other positions.

    • Jump in to prepare, cook, and plate delicious dishes.

    • Ensure all prepped and cooked food items are labeled and stored correctly.

    🧽 Sanitation:

    • Keep our kitchen spotless and maintain health inspection standards.

    • Prepare the department to meet and exceed these standards effectively.

    👨‍🍳 Leader/Staff Development:

    • Recruit, train, and coach the crew.

    • Oversee labor control and delegate duties.

    • Administer coaching and discipline according to our standards.

    • Monitor crew performance and attendance.

    • Keep an eye on labor and food cost goals within budgetary requirements.

    📣 Communication:

    • Stay in the loop with regular communication with crew members, management, and other personnel regarding kitchen operations and related departments.

    📦 Inventory:

    • Keep an eagle eye on inventory, ordering, and quality control policies.

    • Enforce these policies once implemented.
