Kitchen Manager/Chef (Fulltime) - Full availability Monday through Sunday mornings and nights
Duties and responsibilities:
Managing the daily food operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of all employees in the back of the house.
Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
Optimize profits and ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and quality of food.
