Oversee all operations of Kitchen
Coach and develop the kitchen staff to operate to Sickies standards
Work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals
Responsibilities
Oversee Daily operations of kitchen
Train and develop new kitchen members
Maintain staffing levels in kitchen
Adhere to all safety guidelines
Weekly Inventories and Schedules
Maintains a clean and fun work environment
Communicates regularly with fellow managers and General manager
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills
2 plus years similar experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment
