The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our kitchens across multiple locations. This role requires a strong leader who can maintain quality standards, manage kitchen staff, ensure food safety compliance, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant group. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations at all locations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.

Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations.

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability.

Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and standard operating procedures.

Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.

Collaborate with upper management to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in kitchen management, preferably in a multi-location quick service restaurant environment.

Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.

Excellent knowledge of food and safety and sanitation practices.

Proven ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively.

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
