Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals that meet our restaurant’s standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy
Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience
Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests
Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management
Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Requirements for Success:
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
1 years of restaurant
Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
Must be 16 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Possess a valid driver’s license
