Role Description: We are looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff to join our team at Coach’s. Whether you have years of experience or are brand new to the industry, we’re willing to train the right person! The most important qualities we’re looking for are a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and open availability.

Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to company standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Be punctual, dependable, and willing to learn

Take direction from kitchen leadership and be open to coaching

Qualifications:

No experience required—we are happy to train!

Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not necessary

A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential

Ability to work weekends and evenings (open availability preferred)

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Compensation & Benefits:

$14 - $15 per hour (no tip sharing at this location)
