Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing kitchen remodeling company. We are seeking organized professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for stable, part time work. We are looking for someone to be at our office 10am - 2pm monday through friday. hours are somewhat flexible, but there needs to be a fixed schedule. This is the perfect position for someone looking to earn some extra cash while their kids are at school, or students with some time in the middle of the day Applicants with sales experience may have the option to go on sales appointments to earn an additional commission.
Responsibilities
Work with Project Manager and franchise owner to prepare and organize documentation for project records.
Track and schedule project timelines.
Place and submit orders from suppliers.
inspect deliveries
Log payments and keep track of invoices
Work collaboratively with a team.
Manage inventory
Answer incoming calls and input, track, and maintain prospects and client information
Keep office clean and tidy
Qualifications
Computer and smartphone proficient.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficient with Google drive, including google sheets
Highly motivated and dependable.
Organized with a strong attention to detail.
