    Position Title: Cabinet Designer

    Reports To: VP of Sales and VP of Construction

    Location: 650 Broadway, Malden, MA

    Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annual salary with quarterly bonus commission based on sales revenue and gross profit earnings.

    Job Summary: Halco Kitchen and Bath is seeking a talented ad experienced Designer to join our team. The Designer is responsible for working with qualified opportunities produced by the sales team, creating custom designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and home remodels. This role involves maintaining showroom hours, answering inbound calls, conducting job site meetings and measurements, and assisting walk-in customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Showroom Duties:

    Maintain regular hours at the showroom to assist walk-in customers.

    Provide expert advice on design options, layouts, and finishes.

    Create and present design proposals that meet customer needs and preferences.

    Inbound Call Management:

    Answer inbound calls from potential clients, providing information about our process and next steps.

    Record client intake and opportunities in Buildertrend CRM and add them to our mailing list.

    Job Site Meetings and Measurements:

    Conduct job site visits to take accurate measurements and assess project requirements.

    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design preferences.

    Ensure all measurements and design details are accurately documented and communicated to the production team.

    Sales and Customer Interaction:

    Work with qualified opportunities produced by the sales team to convert leads into sales.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    Follow up with clients throughout the design and installation process to address any questions or concerns.

    Design and Technical Skills:

    Utilize design software to create detailed and accurate designs.

    Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and finishes to provide innovative design solutions.

    Create branded design packets and track follow-ups and next steps.

    Customer Service Follow up and Warranty:

    Address customer issues and reorders until satisfaction is achieved.

    Update material delivery dates for cabinetry and ordered finishes.

    Software Skills Requirements:

    Proficiency in 2020 Design and Chief Architect.

    Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    Increase revenue during the design phase.

    Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

    Ensure design accuracy with minimal revisions.

    Complete the design phase efficiently.
