    About the Position

    This role will focus on high-volume interactions with advanced practice clinicians (NPs, PAs) and therapists. It is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding and experience of the healthcare sector, particularly in telehealth and mental health services. The SDR will be responsible for generating leads, initiating contacts, and setting the stage for successful sales & onboarding engagements with healthcare professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • High Volume Applicant Outreach Proactively reach out to advanced practice clinicians and therapists in high volume to develop prospects for our telehealth platform.
    • Communicate Value: Utilize phone, email, and video chat effectively to articulate our value proposition to potential clients.
    • Qualify Applicants: Identify and assess the suitability and interest of potential leads in our services.
    • CRM Management: Keep track of interactions and lead information accurately within the CRM system.
    • Strategy Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective outreach strategies.
    • Continuous Learning: Regularly participate in training to stay abreast of telehealth industry trends and sales techniques.

    Qualifications:

    • (Required) Proven experience in high-volume sales, onboarding or recruiting sectors, preferably in the healthcare sector.
    • (Preferred) Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities of advanced practice clinicians and therapists.
    • (Required) Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
    • (Preferred) Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in digital communication tools.

    Compensation, Benefits, and Arrangements:

    • Salary & Commission: $33-48hr, negotiable
    • Location: Remote work opportunity within the US.
    • Job Type: Flexible for part-time or contractor role.
