We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the laundromat team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of laundromat store workers

Manage Wash-Dry-Fold operations

Clean equipment, restrooms, floors, vacuum/sweep/mop hard floors, remove trash as needed

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Other related duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in laundromat, retail, childcare, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Must be authorized to work in the US, pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Must have a valid driver’s license and have your own transportation

Must be reliable, responsible, and physically fit to perform the duty and maintain facility
