Description: Post-Construction Cleaning Custodian - with Bonus & Benefit

Workdays : Vary

Shift Options : Daytime & Nighttime Availability (5:00 AM - 12:00 AM) or (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Location: nearby the Ft. Myers Airport

Overview:

· Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks or disinfection to maintain building lobbies, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas of the building facility.

Cleaning Responsibilities:

· Spray down surfaces with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces.

· Polishes and cleans fixtures in offices and bathrooms.

· Wet mops and Vacuums.

· Dust and cleans fixtures, tops or windows, door frames, high touch points

· Removes waste from work area and places waste in specified bags or containers.

· Cleans and disinfects all fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls of bathrooms.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Strong work ethic and the ability to be on-time consistently

· Attention to detail

· Willingness to learn

Past Experience:

· Janitorial or any other prior cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred)
