    Experienced Life Insurance Sales Rep. Seeking virtual sales representatives specializing in life insurance to work as brokers with us Ideal candidates will hold existing licenses. Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional customer service abilities. Join our rapidly expanding insurance agency dedicated to assisting clients in reaching their financial objectives. Engage directly in insurance sales to guide new clients in selecting coverage and cultivate a growing portfolio of businesses through our premium lead service Interact with potential customers in person, via Zoom, or over the phone. Receive coaching and continuous training to work autonomously from home on a flexible schedule, either full-time or part-time. Make a meaningful difference in people's lives while Health agents are encouraged to diversify their expertise by incorporating life insurance into their practice Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Contact qualified leads - no cold calling - to set appointments • Form relationships with new clients • Become a product subject matter expert • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems • Handle customer inquiries as they arise • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships • Attend weekly training Zoom calls to stay connected to the team Qualifications: Requirements: • Pass a background check, live in & be authorized to work in the USA • Have a computer/laptop with camera & mic & Internet service • Have -- or be willing/able to immediately get -- a Life Insurance license in your state (this takes about 2 - 4 weeks) • Be able to work independently • Have an interest in helping people and providing solutions • Exhibit determination and tenacity; have a hustle attitude • Be coachable Compensation: $100,000 at plan yearly
