Job Description
Role and Responsibilities • Schedule all provider staff (Nurses, CNA, caregivers, etc) in a timely manner • Ensure all new patients plan of actions are given to appropriate staff to beginning of a new case • Maintain the Wall calendar, Nurses board daily o Follow up with request for any missing notes from nurses with 48 hours • Respond to all email referral request in a timely manner (within the hour) • Respond to voicemail referral request received from office voicemail by next business day • Track / maintain accurate log of all nurses & patients (both on active log list & wall calendar for invoicing purposes • End of day report created, uploaded, and submitted daily. • Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements
•Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical Terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
