YOUR ROLE AT KOREN RILEY EXECUTIVE SEARCH

We are looking to bring on a superstar recruitment and engagement professional to support sourcing, attracting, and hiring new talent nationwide. This is a highly visible role where you get to be front and center in identifying high-caliber performers for our various clients. We will be relying on you to support our clients' openings ranging from sales professionals to community leaders to our most important role – maintenance! You will be utilizing our existing recruitment tools as well as utilizing other platforms including social media. This role will also be supporting some of our larger strategic initiatives which may include virtual hiring events, updating Crelate (ATS) recruitment tools, and assisting in the maintenance of the Koren Riley Executive Search career page.

TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS AT KOREN RILEY EXECUTIVE SEARCH

We need someone who is LASER-FOCUSED - an individual who is extremely organized and has the highest level of self-structure who thrives in organized chaos with minimal supervision. You would need to have at least three (3) years of proven successful experience in recruiting. We utilize the usual sourcing tools so strong hands-on working knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed will be required, along with the usual Microsoft Office competency. Your ability to effectively find talent in those hard-to-reach areas will be on full display so effective communication skills to all levels – from maintenance to senior managers will be needed in this role. You would also need to demonstrate the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information.
