Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by warmly welcoming customers and providing personalized service

Elevate the customer journey by expertly crafting and serving beverages to their liking

Guide customers through our extensive Kratom offerings, helping them discover the strain that best suits their needs

Serve as a product ambassador, educating customers about the benefits and features of our products

Consistently achieve sales targets by understanding and responding to customer needs

Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and premium service levels

Proactively handle and resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Prior experience in a sales role or retail environment

Fundamental knowledge of sales tactics and customer service best practices

Proficiency in the English language

Practical experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and managing transactions

Strong communication abilities

Approachable demeanor with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service

Genuine passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences

Flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to work adaptable hours (we also offer schedule flexibility)

Ability to function effectively and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
