Kredo Inc., a fast-growing fundraising company for schools is currently seeking an effective and motivated individual to join our operations team. Kredo Inc. is a parent company to Believe Kids Fundraising, Cherrydale Fundraising, FundGive.com and Spirit Gear Direct. We provide a variety of fundraising programs and gear options for schools, groups, and teams. As an Administrative Assistant for Kredo Inc. your duties and responsibilities include, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Works closely with our Operations Manager and warehouse personnel to execute outbound document preparation. Communicates with carriers on pickup scheduling. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and scanning
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Create shipping labels and follow up on shipment tracking
- Print warehouse documents for outbound shipments
- Work directly with Operations Manager on any logistics related tasks
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reply to email, telephone, or face to face enquiries
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Experience with UPS WorldShip (preferred, but not required)
- High School Graduate
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and Adobe PDF.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and highly detail oriented.
- A fast learner with the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Motivated to exceed our customer’s expectations
- Comfortable and professional when speaking with customers on the phone.
- Works well in a team and brings a positive attitude to it.
- Flexible and adaptable when facing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and bring new ideas to the team.
Pay is commensurate with experience and is competitive. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, vacation, personal time and holidays and a casual work environment.
We are looking to fill this position by August 31, 2022.

Pay: Starting from $45,000.00 per year
