LARGE DOWNTOWN PLAINTIFF’S PERSONAL INJURY/MEDICAL MALPRACTICE/MASS TORT TRIAL FIRM SEEKING LITIGATION ASSOCIATES WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF PERSONAL INJURY EXPERIENCE. GREAT POTENTIAL FOR GROWTH.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be admitted to practice in NY

• Must have personal injury experience.

The ideal candidate should be extremely detailed oriented, able to manage case load, highly organized, meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and effectively, and interested in defending personal injury cases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES will include but will not be limited to court appearances; negotiation with opposing counsel; client interaction and intake; purposeful discovery and depositions; legal research and writing; motion practice and arguments; and trials.

SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE.
