Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team! This is a supervisory role that reports to the CEO and requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for areas such as recruitment, benefits administration, training & development, annual reviews, office management and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR supporting a growing organization and won't mind wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment for the organization and work closely with department leaders to plan recruitment strategies
- Coordinate with IT department on allocation and storage all office equipment
- Assign office key cards and maintain log of all issued key cards
- Administer company benefits plans
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Develop and implement office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Coordinate all employee onboarding and offboarding
- Organize and file documents that contain sensitive and/or confidential information
- Assist in organizing and executing small to mid-sized company events
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Design and implement filing systems and maintain files under these systems
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Enforce office policies as seen necessary
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Provide general support to visitors
- Maintain employment personnel files in accordance with company guidelines and state/federal regulations
- Develop and implement office operations, procedures, and filing systems
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, HR, or similar
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Experience with HRIS
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
