We should probably talk!  Executive-Administrative Assistant/Field Services Coordinator needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Professional/Team in the Columbus, OH area. With the help of this individual, the Agent is hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond to deliver amazing results and help grow this business. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision. Compensation: • Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000 • Comprehensive benefits package (medical & retirement) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Paid training opportunities • Bonus potential Responsibilities: • Maintain available communication during business hours with all members of the team • Complete running errands such as delivering and picking up signs and lockboxes, seller packets, copying keys, picking up checks and documents from attorneys and title companies and other errands efficiently and correctly, as needed • Keep an accurate inventory of signs and lockboxes as well as other office items as needed.  • Manage any other deliveries/pickups as deemed necessary. • Assisting and supporting the owner and director of operations in all business areas needing assistance • Responsible for some personal assistant items having to do with the owner • Responsible for general office services such as appointment setting, schedule management, filing, organization, completing paperwork, and other administrative duties • Running general office errands as needed/ requested • Manage referrals  • Assisting clients and helping them have an extraordinary experience • Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout transactions • Keeps director of operations informed on all issues/ problems that need to be addressed • Maintaining database systems including but not limited to Dotloop, MLS, ShowingTime, Top Producer • Purchase (with company card)/ prep all client gifts, including writing, thank you notes and managing owner’s Columbus Crew and Columbus Blue Jackets tickets  • Prep and schedule showings for agent(s) • Prepare and process new buyers and new listings including manage file, ensure completion of all documents, input into MLS and showing time, schedule pictures, ensure open house is covered, update listing throughout, and other necessary duties • Doing consumer research as needed • Manage office supplies • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork/computer work. Qualifications: • Business casual dress must be worn at all times when client-facing and representing Kyle Edwards, Realtor. • Maintain a professional representation of the team with the public. • Lifting of signs and boxes are a must. • Pay attention to details, follow directions carefully, and organize. • Be creative, decisive, and have strength in problem-solving. • No smoking during work hours. • Will need to be able to use your personal cell phone for company use while on the job to communicate. • Able to assess priorities and plan for efficiency when given multiple tasks. • Basic computer and spreadsheet knowledge. You’ll be provided with a company Apple computer to use. • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly • Outstanding organization  • Strong attention to detail • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • Customer service focus • Associates or Bachelor’s preferred • This is a full-time, in-office position.  • Some nights and weekends are remote as needed. Remote resources such as home internet is a must.  • Must have reliable and consistent transportation.  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude in order to free their Agents up to sell and to best support the team. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000
