  • Responsibilities

     

    Responsible for reconciling the accounts assigned to them on a daily basis. Must have a general understanding of General Ledger accounting, and be very knowledgeable in the accounts they are responsible for. Must be very flexible, and able to communicate and work well with others.

     

     Essential Duties

    1. Represent the bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
    2. Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills
    3. Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment
    4. Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor
    5. Responsible for daily reconcilements of accounts assigned to them
    6. Responsible for maintaining the necessary paperwork for those accounts
    7. Responsible for relaying any necessary information to the affected departments
