Kyra D Travel is a full-service travel agency that provides travel planning, coordinating, and booking services to clients across the country. Our day-to-day operations include communicating with clientele over the phone and via email, compiling travel itineraries for families, couples, solo travelers, and corporate clients, making reservations including accommodations, flights, cruises, activities, and more, and creating marketing materials for social media and email marketing campaigns. As a growing business, we are focused on developing a loyal and satisfied customer base that returns to us for all of their travel needs.

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our growing team of Remote Travel Advisors. The ideal candidate would enjoy working in a customer-facing role and would provide the highest level of customer service on a daily basis. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we can provide flexible hours for the right candidate. 

Qualifications

• Stellar communication skills in written and spoken formats
• Access to a reliable and stable internet access
• Ability to work well independently, but comfortable in a team setting
• Availability to attend occasional live trainings while learning the basics
• Positive, can-do attitude, and an excitement to learn every day

Duties

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and determine their travel needs and wants
• Develop travel itineraries based on client requirements, making sure no detail is left forgotten
• Make travel arrangements on behalf of clients, including hotel and resort accommodations, flights, rental cars, cruises, theme park itineraries, tours and activities, and more
• Stay organized with a system you create that combines digital or written methods
• Create marketing materials to advertise to prospective clients as we continue to grow
