Ashton Solutions is a fast-growing MSP servicing business across the Northeastern Ohio Region. We are looking for an entry-level or level-one technician to join our collaborative team. You’ll troubleshoot a wide variety of end-user environments with senior engineers and get the hands-on technical experience that will grow your career.
Position Highlights:
$20-$25 per hr. scalable based upon experience

What You’llDo:
Prioritize tickets, set client expectations, provide incredible customer service, and accurately document client issues
Triage incoming issues gauging severity, urgency and resources needed
Solve incoming L1 issues
Communicate with team members and clients effectively

Strong interpersonal skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly—as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans
Confidence and commitment to top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stay organized and follow tasks through to completion with accuracy

0-1 years of hands-on PC support experience
A general knowledge of different hardware platforms, cloud services, and line of business applications
