Mandatory Qualifications:

• Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
• 84 months of experience in utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary with hands-on experience in full stack development, using modern OO programming languages (.NET C# preferably) for Web Services, Database, or web application development.

Desirable Qualifications:

• 84 months of experience in developing and maintaining applications using distributed version control (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube) including experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery techniques
• 60 months of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 8.
• 84 months of developing web applications utilizing MVC Patterns
• 60 months of developing web applications utilizing Angular.
• 60 months experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDE's.
• 60 months of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server
• 60 months of Experience Performing database operations, optimization, and maintenance using Oracle
• 36 months of Domain knowledge and experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc.
• 48 months of experience with Web APIs and JSON.
• Masters/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
