Mandatory Qualifications:
- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Project Manager
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience working on implementing a Health and Human Services eligibility system within one of the domains of Public Assistance, SNAP, HEAP, or Child Support
- Five years’ Experience with Agile development and technical project management
Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) project as project manager responsible for managing a budget greater than $50 million with matrix-managed/vendor-sourced deliverables
- Minimum of one (1) completed project as a project manager which is federally funded requiring project management activities to conform to federal requirements prior to project implementation (e.g., testing, deployment, pilot, and other federal program-specific requirements).
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing government projects
- Minimum ten (10) or more years of experience implementing projects utilizing industry standard system development life cycle methodologies
- Minimum of three (3) projects as the project manager accountable for end-to-end software development lifecycle management in which each project had defined phases for initiation, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree with coursework in Information Technology, Business or Public Administration, Project Management and/or Communications
- Current PMP or PgMP certification from the Project Management Institute
