    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support person  to join our team!. This is KEY position in our company with opportunity to advance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist walk-in customers
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Support Customers & Salesmen
    • Assist with special projects or other duties assigned by management
    • Order entry & invoicing.
    • Maintain records, assist with inventory control/receiving as necessary

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Accurate data entry skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail/accountability
    • ​Ability to multi task

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

    At lest 2years clerical, or data entry experience

    Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment
