As a Customer Service Representative you’ll assist the manager in maintaining a well-run profitable office, interacting in a positive and effective manner with consumers, obtaining confidential information for loan applications and answer any customer questions.
Loan processor duties and responsibilities will include analysis, appraisal and verification of loan applicants, as well originating loans.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Be an expert on our products and processes
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound and outbounds calls, 100+ calls per day
- Bring a flexible mindset, you will be required to adapt to changing policy and procedures on a regular basis while maintaining high quality to your work
- Meet or exceed production, quality, and loan processing goals.
- Ensure delivery of a positive customer experience throughout the application and verification process
- Uploading documents and developing information provided on loan application
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation to validate application details
- Detect suspicious and fraudulent loan applications, and make recommendation on policies and procedures related to verifications and fraud
- Assist with tests and special projects as assigned by management

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of one-year customer service experience required
- Minimum of one-year financial services experiences.
- Minimum of High school diploma/ GED
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient use of MS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage.
