JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITES: * Provide administrative support for the Management, Production, and Sales Departments * Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email * Data entry and file maintenance * Provide additional administrative support for the team as requested * HR experience helpful but not necessary REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS: * 1+ years in administrative and/or customer service role * Able to multi-task & work in a fast pace environment * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Detail oriented * Dependability and professionalism * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn new software program quickly * Self- motivated and trustworthy We offer attractive, competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, life, 401k, paid holidays, vacation and sick days.
