Incura Inc. is hiring a LCSW.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and social work, with a focus on providing support to individuals with alcohol/drug addiction. This role requires the ability to conduct psychotherapy and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Duties Provide clinical counseling services to clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress throughout treatment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients. Maintain up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Educate clients and their families about available resources and coping strategies. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and psychotherapy.

Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Current state licensure is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience working with individuals with addiction. Experience in being a team leader. Strong skills in clinical counseling and psychotherapy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to document effectively. A commitment to providing compassionate care while maintaining professional boundaries.
