    About the Job:

    ATI Corporation and Level Best Grading are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves selling and supporting new lines of precision grading equipment to specialized markets within an assigned territory. LDR Advisory Partners is facilitating the hiring process for this role on behalf of ATI Corporation and Level Best Grading.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement: Call on customers in assigned territory, selling new equipment, rentals, and parts and service solutions.

    Sales Growth: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.

    Relationship Management: Follow up and maintain existing customer relationships.

    Product Expertise: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our equipment line-up and competitive products.

    Demonstrations: Conduct equipment demonstrations in the field and/or operate machinery at customer job sites.

    Sales Processing: Process quotes, sales, rentals, and lease-purchase agreements. Support customers during financing and/or credit application processes.

    Collections: Assist with account receivables collections.

    Manufacturer Programs: Utilize all manufacturer programs and resources to generate new business.

    Event Representation: Represent the company at factory, industry, and company events, including meetings and training.

    Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules and regulations and adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    High school diploma, GED, or vocational training/certification (college degree a plus)

    2-4 years’ sales experience in the grading equipment industry or a related field

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude

    Neat and clean personal appearance

    Equipment knowledge or previous industry experience (CTL, MTL, tractors) a plus

    Knowledge and experience with laser and GNSS technology a plus

    Physical ability to bend, squat, climb on equipment, lift at least 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions

    Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driver policy requirements

    Background check and pre-employment drug testing required

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Base Salary: $75,000/yr - $90,000/yr (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location)

    Additional Compensation: Commission
