An energetic and level headed professional who is looking to lead and expand one of our field teams in our next phase of growth.

Our Lead Carpenter has well rounded skills and more than 10+ years in the home repair and remodel industry. The right candidate is a reliable professional who is well organized, adaptive, a problem solver, and consistently delivers results for reaching the team and company goals.

Our Lead Carpenter

• works hands-on along with the team members assigned to deliver jobs sold.
• works closely with Operations Manager and the office team.
• manages job site flow, materials, safety, and customer interactions.
• Is accountable for team performance on every job.
• assists in coaching and developing team members.

Candidates with estimating, sales, administration, operations, and other skills will be a plus. Further trainings and development opportunities are also available for those who is willing to learn in these areas.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Well rounded skills and 10+ years of experience in the construction, handyman, home repair and remodel industry.

• Can do handyman repairs, and can handle full remodels from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience in the industry

• Well skilled handyman repairs and full remodels

• Skilled in minimum 5 out of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, painting/staining, flooring, tile, light electrical and plumbing, siding, handyman/maintenance, and deck/fence.

• Valid driver's license

• Own hand tools

• Reliable work vehicle

• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

• Nationwide criminal background check and references are required
