LHP Engineering Solutions is looking for hardworking and enthusiastic technical recruiter to join our ambitious team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
- Design and manage the recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.).
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like virtual career fairs or virtual/on-campus recruiting events.
- Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates.
- Manage respective candidate pipelines to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Generate weekly updates for company's leadership about talent acquisition activities and initiatives.
- Create weekly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years previous technical recruiting experience within engineering and/or IT.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or similar relevant field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate's selection methods.
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Impactful presentation style.
- Tech savvy, someone who enjoys learning about technology and its application within industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, "can do” attitude.
