    Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Lifestyle Services Coordinator!

    As the Lifestyle Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing community events. Your expertise in event planning, strong project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities will be instrumental in fostering a positive sense of community and driving resident involvement!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement activity programs designed to increase involvement resulting in a positive sense of community.
    • Create annual events calendar and budget and work within that budget.
    • Work closely with board liaison and Social Committee.
    • Maintain a good rapport with homeowners, responding promptly to their questions and requests.
    • Coordinate all fitness and seminar classes with instructors.
    • Coordinate with CMA Lifestyle Program Director for The Tribute signature events including, but not limited to, Spring Festival, July 4th, Pool Party, Santa Holiday.
    • Execute The Tribute events including coordination, vendor management, setup, and after event take down.
    • After events, follow up with vendors and staff to ensure positives are communicated and to capitalize on any opportunities or enhancements or improvements.
    • Coordinate event vendors and prepare contracts.
    • Secure insurance and invoices for event vendors.
    • Purchase supplies for events and pick up any necessary equipment.
    • Coordinate and recruit volunteers for events.
    • Schedule police officers and EMS for events when needed.
    • Coordinate placement of signage, flyers and e-blasts to the community to promote events.
    • Evaluate and report the condition of any equipment used in connection with association-sponsored activities.
    • Prepare articles for community newsletter and website.
    • Other diversified duties as deemed necessary to fulfill the CMA Mission Statement.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two-three years related experience and/or training

    - Experience designing, planning, and implementing events

    - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail

    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
