    Full job description

    We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our dynamic mental health team. The QSP will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the work of our Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) providers, ensuring high-quality, culturally competent care for children and families.

    Responsibilities

    Clinical Supervision: Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and guidance to EIDBI providers (Level I, II, and III).

    Treatment Planning: Collaborate with providers to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans (ITPs) for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related conditions.

    Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary evaluations (CMDEs) to determine medical necessity for EIDBI services.

    Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in mental health care.

    Training and Education: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for EIDBI providers.

    Collaboration: Work with families, community partners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

    Qualifications:

    Licensure: Licensed Physician, APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse), Licensed independent clinical social worker, A psychologist licensed by the Board of Psychology, A marriage and family therapist licensed or A licensed professional clinical counselor.

    Experience: Minimum of 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and treatment of children with ASD or related conditions.

    Knowledge: In-depth understanding of EIDBI services, evidence-based practices for ASD, and cultural competency in mental health care.

    Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Passion: Dedication to improving the lives of children with ASD and their families.

    Job Types: Part-time, Contract
