Position will be involved in the implementation of a Grants Management System using Salesforce. This position will perform as a Salesforce Administrator and will be responsible for best practices in Salesforce configuration, support, and troubleshooting duties for the Grants Management System application. The position will create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, assigns user profiles, permission sets, and related activities in Salesforce. This role may be responsible for the deployment of Salesforce solutions, as needed. The Salesforce Administrator makes recommendations for improving processes and best practices based on analysis; creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and maintenance of help-related materials for users. The position will lead, organize and maintain the security and efficiency of the Salesforce org. Works in collaboration with other team members and management. Oversees the production support of the Salesforce org and its environments.
