    Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of inventory, and executing dispatch activities. This role involves handling tasks related to inventory control, picking, packing, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to meet operational and customer requirements.

    Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient operations. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory. Perform regular checks to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

    Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits. Track inventory movements to prevent shortages or overstocking. Record and report discrepancies in inventory counts.

    Dispatch Coordination: Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics teams. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of dispatched items.

    Picking and Packing: Oversee picking and packing operations to fulfill orders. Verify that orders are complete and correctly packed according to specifications. Optimize packing processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

    Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and dispatch activities. Generate periodic reports on warehouse and dispatch performance. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

    Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to align operations. Address and resolve any issues related to inventory or dispatch. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
