Logistics Coordinator

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the team's success as you oversee and optimize our transportation, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Wizard: 1. SALES ORDER PROCESS - Confirm, monitor, and generate reports on all Sales Order activity, including via email & EDI. 2. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Provide timely updates on shipment status, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise with customers & internal team 3. Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, conduct your communication with concise and fun phrasing.
2. **** Inventory Genius: 1. **** TRACK INVENTORY - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize excess stock. 2. INVENTORY SYSTEMS - Utilize ERP system & Microsoft Excel to perform inventory analysis and optimize stock levels.
3. Logistics Superhero: 1. **** LOGISTICS COORDINATION - Coordinate all sales order and internal material shipments with multiple 3PL Warehouses, freight partners & internal team, ensuring On Time and In Full delivery 2. Manage and organize transportation documentation, such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and insurance requirements. 3. KAIZEN PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, championing innovation & collaborating with the team and driving change 4. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management. 5. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS - Foster strong relationships with vendors and carriers, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics
• A passion for logistics and precision, and a love of learning.
• Enjoyment of working with others
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate challenges and find creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A can-do attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.
• Proficiency in utilizing logistics software and Excel, or a strong willingness to learn.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey and reports to the Operations Manager.
