    Job Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a goal-driven, organized, and people-oriented professional who enjoys both administrative tasks and fieldwork. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting client visits as needed, and supporting our home care operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Applicant Onboarding: Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.

    Client Visits: Conduct home visits as needed (additional pay for visits).

    Administrative Support: Manage documentation, scheduling, and compliance tasks.

    Communication: Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and management.

    Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client and employee records.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to ensure seamless operations.

    Qualifications:

    Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in MD.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Ability to lift up to 100 pounds if needed.

    Passion for working with the elderly and providing excellent care.

    Goal-driven and a people person.

    Schedule:

    Part-time, flexible schedule with in-office and occasional fieldwork requirements.
