    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This part-time and PRN position offers flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with their daily living activities, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, including administering medication, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
    - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
    - Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
    - Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care and promote patient wellness.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in patient condition.
    - Execute physician orders and follow facility protocols in adherence to state regulations.
    - Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients as necessary.
    - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    - Current and valid LPN license in [State].
    - Completion of an accredited LPN program.
    - CPR and First Aid certification required; additional certifications as needed.
    - Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
